a professional Relationship Coach and I specialize in the Enneagram and Attachment Theory as tools for personal growth.

I'm Viri,

I am here to help you unlock your relationship patterns and become an active participant in the creation of the relationships that you actually want, and stop just falling into relationships that do not work for you.

I have a certification in Relationship Coaching as well as Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, I am in school for Human Development and I've been using the Enneagram for about a decade and the Attachment Theory for about 3 years my work with my clients as well as my own personal development and relationships.

Aside from the Enneagam and Attachment Theory, I am also informed in and have received education in trauma, patterns of codependency, schemas, psychological first aid, nervous system regulation, narcissism, cognitive functions (MBTI theory), non-violent communication, and more.

I have been trained to understand each person goes at their own pace and what works for one will not work for the other one. We will figure out what actually works for you together!

Are coaching and therapy the same thing?

Coaching and psycotherapy are NOT the same thing. One of the main differences is that coaching (unless otherwise specified) is not a clinical service, which means it doesn't quality as a health care service as psycotherapy does. As a coach, I am not able to make clinical diagnoses (i.e. depresion, anxiety, personality disorders, etc.), nor can I provide clinical treatments. I am not able to help you treat your anxiety, depresion or trauma, but I am able to give you tools to navigate these difficult times and relationships with greater emotional management and agility, as well as a clear strategy to help you achieve your relationship goals. We will focus on discovering and changing the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in your current relationships and on you finding a sense of meaning and satisfaction with you and those around you.
